Who Are You Lord?

2 Peter 1:3 NASB for His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence.

Psalm 73:25-26 NASB Whom do I have in heaven but You? And with You, I desire nothing on earth. 26 My flesh and my heart may fail,
But God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever

Who are You to me Lord? You are my everything. You are the reason I am alive. You gave me life, a beautiful wonderful life. I don’t want a day to go by without thanking You for this life, Lord. It is so brief. I want to do, say and be what You want with this most beautiful gift of  life You have given me.

You give me hope. Hope for a great life, a new day, a purpose, a place and a reason for existence in this dark world.

You give me joy and it becomes my strength. I have joy even when trouble comes and it is amazing Lord.

You give me peace. You said My peace I give unto you. Let not your hearts be troubled neither let them be afraid (John 14:27).♥

In the face of a storm I remain calm because of Your peace.

You give me protection from so many seen and unseen forces because I trust in You. Thank You Lord for all the times You have protected me and I didn’t see it. I don’t have to see it to know that You are there. Praise You Lord.

You supply me with everything I need (Philippians 4:19). I am able to give to others through Your goodness and provision. Everything I have, Lord, is Yours. Use me  in a mighty way to help whoever You want to through me.

You are my help, Lord. I know deep in my heart that whatever I am facing that You will be with me. There is nothing You cannot do. You have sent me blessings through Your people. You have been strength when I was asleep and couldn’t wake up. I was having a terrible nightmare and I knew in my sleep that if I called on You Lord Jesus that You would wake me and You did. You have been my strength literally when You flipped that 4wheeler through my hands. It was Your power that did it, Lord. I tried twice on my own to do it. It wasn’t until I called out to You, Lord Jesus, that it got flipped. I sing of Your power and strength.

You have been my friend. I know that I can share my heart with You and I am safe in that. You will never hurt me. That’s huge, Lord. Thank You.

So, Lord, when I say You are my everything I mean it. I love You and hope to live my life in such a way that it pleases You. Please Lord grow in me. I surrender my whole life to do Your will. I am completely, 100 percent safe in the Father’s hands.
