Motivate

To motivate is to stimulate (someone’s) interest in or enthusiasm for doing something.

Dear Lord,

We want to start our time with You by declaring how wonderful You are. You are holy. There is none like You in all the world. You have all the answers to any situation we may be faced with. Thank You for Your continued help and guidance. You are good.

Lord, the thought for today is motivate. Please use this day to motivate us, Your children, to go about what Your will is for us today. We want to be that light for someone else today to share the good news, brighten their day, uplift and encourage them. We place our lives in the center of Your hands to be used by You in advancing Your kingdom on this earth. Together we will be the city on a hill, the bride of Christ…united in Christ Jesus to do the works that You alone have for us.

We have been silent too long. Please move in and through us today as we humbly come before You seeking Your will for our lives. Embody and empower us Lord. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us! (Philippians 4:13) That is Your word and You have said Your word will not return to You void (empty) but will accomplish what You set it out to do. (Isaiah 55:11) We need You Lord. We accept Your strength and believe that Your power is at work in us. We love You Lord. Have Your way. In Jesus name we pray.

Deuteronomy 31:6 NKJV Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.

Isaiah 40:28-31 NKJV Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.  He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 41:10 NASB Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.
