1 Kings 19:11-13 NASB So He said, “Go forth and stand on the mountain before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord was passing by! And a great and strong wind was rending the mountains and breaking in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind. Hebrews 3:15 NASB while it is said, “Today if you hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts, as when they provoked Me.”
Lord,
You are good. Your goodness outshines the sun. Your mercy extends to all generations who love You and seek Your will and Your way. (Luke 1:50) You are awesome and amazing. None can compare to all You are. (Psalm 40:5) We exalt You. You are our King and we adore You. Praise Your holy name Jesus.
Today we want to come before Your throne asking You to remove anything that is keeping us from hearing Your still, small voice. We want to be in such sweet communion with You that we always know that we are in the perfect center of Your will for our life at all times and in all ways. Drown out any voice that is not from You. We are entrusting our life to Your infinite love and care. Help us as we gravitate this life to hear You say, this is the way walk in it.
Let everything we do and say be pleasing in Your ears and eyes. (Psalm 19:14) We so want to just run straight to You at the end of our life with no encumbrances, nothing that would separate us from rushing into Your arms. Your word gives us such hope, to know that You are with us, even to the end of the world, is awesome. (Matthew 28:20) We can walk in security. And it isn’t just that promise. There are so many promises in Your precious word and You are not a man that You would lie. (Numbers 23:19) All of your promises are yes and amen. (2 Corinthians 1:20) We trust You and can’t wait to walk even closer with You. Praise and thank You for everything. You not only are our Rock, You totally rock. You are amazing. Thank You. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
