How Can I Pray For You Today?

James 5:13-18 NASB Is anyone among you suffering? Then he must pray. Is anyone cheerful? He is to sing praises. 14 Is anyone among you sick? Then he must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; 15 and the prayer offered in faith will restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, they will be forgiven him. 16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. The effective prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much. 17 Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months. 18 Then he prayed again, and the sky poured rain and the earth produced its fruit.

Brothers and sisters, there is power in prayer. Saving, healing and wonder-working power in the blood of the Lamb and the prayer of believing faith. Are you wounded, hurting, lonely, despairing or anything else? I want to pray for you. The Bible says in Matthew 18:19 that if two or more agree as touching anything it shall be done for them. We are also told that we have not because we ask not (James 4:2).

John 16:23-24 NKJV “And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you. 24Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.

Let’s start rejoicing for the Father’s goodness and provision. He is so wonderful, merciful, generous and loving. Let me pray with you today. If your request is private feel free to email me at luckd61@yahoo.com

Galatians 6:2 NKJV Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

  1. Good morning, {{{Donna}}} 🤗 Yes, I believe in the power of prayer … and I pray for you and your health, happiness, and safety every day. Today is our daughter, DeDe’s birthday. She is spending it with her choir on a retreat in Switzerland. Her youngest, our grandson, Chris, is in the choir, too. Please pray for them to have a safe, happy, and memorable weekend. Thanks for your post! Have a blessed weekend! 👍🏽❤️

  2. Thanks for this! It reminds me of a time my wife and I would walk down the street after Church, and simply ask passerby’s if they needed prayer for anything. Most often people didn’t. But it was a fantastic way to communicate God’s heart to bless and love people.

    1. You are welcome! God is good to have laid it on my heart. That is a very sweet memory. I am glad it brought that back for you. I pray the Lord continues to bless you with sweet memories, peace, and protection. May you find a renewed fervor for Him and walk in His strength, knowing that He is with you wherever you go. Be blessed.
