So many times we try to tackle our feelings on our own. We either bury our feelings, refuse to acknowledge them or lie to ourselves that problems do not even exist. Listen, God made us to love and grieve.
We are to love one another and as much as possible live at peace with each other (John 15:12 & Romans 12:18). Galatians 1:8 says if someone comes preaching a different gospel let them be accursed. 1 Thessalonians 2:4 says we speak to please God and not man.

Our hope is in the Lord Jesus.

We must cleanse ourselves by the washing of His word. Now when you think of washing….First of all you immerse the object in water. His word is water for our soul.
May we take seriously every syllable of Your word. May we find comfort, strength, love and power in Your word.
Take back control. Bring back the joy of the Lord. He is waiting. He doesn’t want our eyes on the storm. He wants our eyes on Him.
