No Compromising

Ever think of God drawing a line in the sand? He is a righteous God who executes judgement (Psalm 103:6). God has given all judgement to Jesus (John 5:22). He has a day fixed for this judgement (Acts 17:31). The line is drawn in the sand. Good vs evil. Which side are we going to be standing on? We cannot keep walking hand in hand with the enemy and think that we will be going to heaven. There is something wrong with that way of thinking. Either we are a Christian or we are not. Jesus said the lukewarm will get spewed out of His mouth (Revelation 3:16). When we stand before God, we will either hear ‘well done’ or ‘depart from me’ (Matthew 25:21, 31-46 & Matthew 7:23 ). We will be judged according to our works ( 2 Corinthians 5:10). Every day we are faced with the choice to stand with God or stand against Him. Either way we take a stand. What will yours be?

Joshua 24:15 But if you refuse to serve the Lord, then choose today whom you will serve. Would you prefer the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates? Or will it be the gods of the Amorites in whose land you now live? But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.

Dearest Lord and most holy heavenly Father,

You are good. We need to be standing on Your side, holding Your hand. Help us to choose the good. With every decision we face, may we always choose to walk and talk in a way that brings You glory. We need discernment. Reveal things to us Lord. Please take the veils off of Your children, so that we can clearly see the things which are not from You. That way we can walk away from it. We need You in everything, from the time we wake up to the time we lay our head. Our hearts and souls cry out for more of You. Oh, that we would walk in a way that would bring You glory. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Let’s worship with

  1. Beautiful song indeed. I was thinking yesterday that I need to start doing worship videos. Music has away of calming people spirits. It prepares the heart to receive the word of GOD.

    Blessings!

    1. You are so right. Worship is what the Lord requires. It is the least we can do. He takes it and blesses us through our sacrifice of praise. Our God is so good. Praise His holy name forever.
Have a blessed day. Thanks for commenting. ♡

  2. I want a Welcome sign not a No Vacancy sign. Standing and walking on the straight and narrow road will get the Welcome and Come on in response I am striving to hear. Well Done in The Afters

    1. Welcome sign is good. I want to hear God say, ‘Well done.’ I pray we both get the response we desire. God is so good. Can you even imagine being in His presence? Oh, what a glorious day that will be! Have a great evening and thanks for the comment someone. 🙂

  3. Hello {{{Donna}}}… It’s been a busy couple of days – and I have set WordPress aside while I did things related to our church bulletin, newsletter, and Pastor Nominating Committee. But, before tucking in tonight, I pray with you, “With every decision we face, may we always choose to walk and talk in a way that brings You glory. Amen”
