The birth of Jesus, (our Savior, Redeemer and Hope for all mankind) in human form. Jesus always was and always will be. He came from heaven to give freely His life for the penalty of our sins. (John 10:17-18) He did what none other could do. He bridged the gap. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. (John 14:6) Jesus is the only Way to the Father and He willingly gave, His human life, so that whoever would believe in Him would not perish but have eternal life with God in heaven. (John 3:16) He gave His all and all He asks is for us to believe. (Romans 10:9) He is our Lord and Savior and today we worship Him for all that He has done. Jesus, our Emmanuel, which means God is with us. He was and is and is to come. (Matthew 1:22-23, Isaiah 7:14 & Revelation 1:4-7) Jesus, born of a virgin, suffered and was crucified for our sins, then on the third day rose again, our sweet Jesus. Will you trust Him today to be your Lord and Savior? He is calling you. (Revelation 3:20)
Our Father,
How precious is our time that is spent with You. Thank You for the birth of Jesus in human form and the sacrifice that was paid for our sins at Calvary. You have loved us with an indescribable love. You have given the best Gift. We are not worthy of such love, yet You gave love to us anyway. You are the definition of love. Thank You for such a great love. Help us, out of a willing, cheerful, and humble heart, to give back to You. May we give the very best of everything to You; our heart, time and resources. Lord, we want to give to You out of love and humble obedience, for You have done so much for us. Help us to adhere to Your word, and to do that which we know to be right in every situation or circumstance that we encounter. Our hearts desire is to bring You glory. We thank You and praise You, asking all things in Jesus’ name. Amen.
