Come let’s reason together. If our hearts aren’t right before the Lord, then the things we do are all for nothing. Jesus said the following in Matthew 22:37: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ What He didn’t say was, that we could love Him just a little, He said love Him with All of our heart, soul and mind. Not just a piece. Full and complete dedication to Him is what is required. How can we offer Him, who gave His all for us, any less? (John 3:16) Do we love Him more than anyone else? (Matthew 19:29) Are we willing to give up everything for Him and devote our complete life to Him? Do we love His gospel more than even our own intellect? Are we, with all of our strength, laboring for His glory? Is He the object of all of our efforts? (Luke 9:62)
When you hear the Lord speaking to your heart, do you listen? Are you all-in, sold-out and willing to do whatever He tells you? The Lord is always speaking. He uses His word, other people and His still small voice. The thing is, are we listening? Our time on earth is short. (1 Corinthians 7:29) No-one is guaranteed tomorrow. (Proverbs 27:1) He is not coming back for a lukewarm church. (Revelation 3:16) We have to be on fire for Him. (Matthew 5:16 & Romans 12:11) It may not always be a big thing, indeed a lot of times it is small things that He would have us to do. Things that may require humility on our part. Pride goes before destruction. (Proverbs 16:18) Again, are we willing to give God all of our heart? Don’t hold on to anger, pride, bitterness, slander or anything else that would separate you from His presence. (Ephesians 4:31) Now is the time to give Him our all. Pray that He releases His Holy Spirit power on us and that we would be able to accomplish His will for our lives.

Lord God, Jehovah-Jireh, our Provider,
We praise, honor and exalt Your name above all others. You are our King, our Redeemer, our Confidant and our Comforter. You have given so much to us. Thank You for Your many blessings.
We come before You seeking to be right only in Your eyes. Nothing else matters. Help us to make time for You. We want to hear from You. May we not pass something You have spoken to us off as nothing, but may we be bold to do that which You would have us to do. I pray Your Holy Spirit awakens us to be the light in this earth. (Matthew 5:14) There are many things we could be doing and saying. You are not limited. You can do anything through a heart completely yielded to You. (Philippians 4:13) We pray for Your kingdom to come and Your will be done. (Matthew 6:10) We ask everything in Jesus’ name. (John 14:13) Here we are Lord, ready to accomplish great things for Your kingdom and by Your power. (Ezekiel 22:30, Matthew 28:19-20 & Acts 1:8) Here we are Lord, send us. (Isaiah 6:8)
