Raging

The battle is raging for the soul of mankind. Good verses evil, right verses wrong. Corruption at an all time high. Civil unrest. Children dishonoring parents.

The Bible says in Isaiah 5:20, Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness.

Psalm 2:1 Why do the nations rage, And the people plot a vain thing?

Satan is stirring people up to go against God’s will and His ways. The things we, as Christians, hold to be truth, satan is wildly opposed to. Satan has blinded the minds and eyes of the people to accomplish his purpose. (John 12:40 & 2 Corinthians 4:4) Make no mistake, he knows he is going to hell and he wants to take as many there with him as he possibly can.

We can pray!

Pray, child of God, that people’s minds and eyes would be opened to the truth, and that God would expose satan’s wicked agenda. Pray for a great awakening of true believers and in this awakening God’s children would be emboldened with the passion and purposes of His. Pray for believers to speak out against injustices. There is never a good time to do wrong things. Pray that God’s kingdom would come and His will be done. (Matthew 6:10) Don’t ever give up. (Hebrews 10:39) Satan walks around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. (1 Peter 5:8) Stay rooted in Jesus. He is the vine and we are the branches. (John 15:1-5) We can do all things through Him. (Philippians 4:13)

Proverbs 17:15 He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous are both alike an abomination to the Lord.

We are living in perilous days. People are lovers of themselves and not of God. Some have a form of godliness but deny His power. (2 Timothy 3:1-5) We have to discern the truth. (Luke 12:56) It is time to quit playing games with God. Do what you know is right to do, according to His word. Walk a tight line. Do not let your good be evil spoken of. (Romans 14:16) Hold on to that which you know to be true. Tell someone your salvation story today. Be a beacon. Offer hope. Pray for peace.

Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Father God,

As we live in such extreme days, we need You so desperately. Our words need to be what You would have us to say, our message be one that comes from You and our actions need to line up with what Your will is for our lives. We cannot be a beacon for You if our light don’t shine. If all that people see is a worldly-minded Christian, and not someone who is on fire for You and Your kingdom, then we would be just the same as the world. Ugh heaven forbid! We are to be in the world but not of it. (John 17:14) We are to hate the garment stained by sin but rescue those lost in its provocative spell. (Jude 1:22-23) Help us to be full and overflowing in Your Holy Spirit’s power. May we, as watchers on the wall, see, hear and move in Your power. (Revelation 16:15) Continue using us and exposing the lies and disgusting deeds of the darkness. (Ephesians 5:11) May we let the world know that we are Christians by our love. Please unite us as one for Your purposes. We praise, thank and exalt You. Praying always in Jesus’ most holy name. Amen.

I confess that Jesus is Lord! (Philippians 2:11) We are not to believe every spirit, but to try them to see if they are from God. For there are many false prophets. The Bible says this is how we will know: Every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. And is the spirit of the antichrist. (1 John 4:1-3)
