Keep running the race (Hebrews 12:1). We are not of those who fall back into perdition (Hebrews 10:39). We are overcomers (1 John 4:4). We have our orders from our Great Commander. We are to love God, each other and our enemies (Matthew 22:36-39 & 5:44). Then we are to go out and show the love of God to a lost and dying world (Matthew 28:19-20). No time to lose our focus. We have to recoup and regroup. Times are getting so bad. There is such hypocrisy, violence and tolerance for all types of evil. People are calling evil good and good evil (Isaiah 5:20). I, honestly, never thought I would live to see these times. United we have to stand strong to persevere. What other choice is there? The world has nothing for us. Satan has nothing for us. We do not want the temporary pleasures of this world (1 John 2:15-17). It is our aim to please the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:9). So, let’s lace up our spiritual bootstraps and get going.
Ephesians 6:18 NASB With every prayer and request, pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be alert with all perseverance and every request for all the saints
Father,
We thank You for Your great power living inside of us. You have molded us and made us into vessels that are fit for Your kingdom. We thank You for all of the truths that You have made come alive in our hearts and minds. You have blessed us abundantly. When we are weak, we feel Your strength and power. Thank You for changing us from glory to glory. We ask that our words would be Your words and our ways to be Your ways. Help us as we navigate through these most difficult times. I ask that we would soar like eagles and accomplish that which You have laid out for us to do, by Your great power living inside of us. Be glorified through our surrendered lives for we ask in Jesus’ name. Amen.
