Law Giver

Isaiah 33:22 NKJV

For the Lord is our Judge,
The Lord is our Lawgiver,
The Lord is our King;
He will save us.

The Lord is our Lawgiver! He tells us in His word what we are to be doing or not doing, saying or not saying, listening to or ignoring, watching or turning away from and how we are to be acting. His word sheds light on every situation, problem or circumstance that we may face. His wisdom is vast. There is no end. All that we have to do is open the Bible, His holy word. There we will find all of the answers that we need.

Father God,

We are so thankful for all of the treasures in Your word. You have given us the direction that we need in every area of our lives. Thank You! Your word is true. We can trust You. Even when we veer off of the straight and narrow path, You are there for us when we turn back to You. You are awesome and amazing. We treasure Your word and every bit of guidance that You provide. Help us to walk in a way that is pleasing in Your sight. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
