New

2 Corinthians 5:17 NKJV Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Pray with me please.

Father God,

We pray along with the psalmist in Psalm 139:23-24 examine our hearts, Lord. See if there is any wicked way in us. Lead us in the way everlasting. We need You every second of every minute of every hour of every day in every way. We acknowledge that You are Lord over all and You supply us with even the breath that we be breathe. You are awesome and You hold the whole world in Your hands. We praise and thank You for this word today and for the great love that You have for us. Clean us up, Lord. We lay it all at Your feet, all of our wants, self-will and fleshly desires. We ask for Your will to be accomplished in our surrendered lives. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen. Hallelujah. Glory be to You!

Pray with me please.

Father God,

You are the lifter of our heads. Just like the song says, You are the strength of our lives. You are our salvation. We are made new! Let the old things pass away from us. The old way of thinking, acting or of doing things that were wrong or displeasing in Your sight. Please continue to mold and make us in Your image. We are not perfect but Jesus died for us and we so want to live for Him. We crucify the flesh with its wants and desires and we commit our lives wholly and fully to You. Have Your will and way done through us and on this earth as it is in Heaven. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
