Luke 13:3 NKJV I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.
Romans 13:11 NKJV And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.
Repent (turn away from your sins) and turn to God, or perish. It is not the will of God for any to perish, but for all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
These are critical times that we are living in. Every hour that passes brings us closer to the day that Jesus comes back for His bride, the church. It is time to awake from being a lukewarm Christian and only doing things halfway, awake from being a good person but undecided about the Lord, AWAKE child awake.
Father God,
We ask for a great awakening in this land. Draw people to repentance through Your Holy Spirit. Awake those who are sleeping, Lord. Thank You for Your great love that You have for all men. We worship You. It is so exciting to live in these times. We are so close to seeing You face to face. Oh, how that thought fills our hearts with joy. We praise You, Oh Lord of lords, Oh most Holy One. We rejoice in You, our Hope, our Strength, our Shield and our Defender. You are mighty and holy and worthy of all praise. Thank You, Lord. We pray always and only in Jesus’ name. Amen.
