14 Either way, Christ’s love controls us. May our lives be devoted to Christ. May our zeal be for the glory of God and the good of His church. Jesus not only showed His love, He also made it known to those who believe in Him. We should therefore serve others willingly for the love of Jesus. This life is no longer just about us and what benefits us, but rather what is necessary for the kingdom of God; what He wants for us. One of the main things is to be a witness of His love and great power living inside us. We are to testify of His love, goodness and mercy. Go and tell others (Matthew 28:19). Share the Good News. Jesus saves!

Father,
Please accept our sacrifice of praise. May it bring You joy to know how much Your children love and adore You. Help us, by Your great power living in us, to always put Your ways first and not our wants. Pour Your Spirit out on us so that we can be witnesses of Yours in this world. May others see us and know that they have been close to You. We want Your power to rest on us so that we can accomplish that which You have laid out for us to do. May we not stumble, but if we do, may we realize right away what we have done wrong and be able to come to You and repent so that the mistake would not hinder our representation of You in any way. Help us for we desperately need You. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
