Stick Close to God

But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
knowing that He who raised up the Lord Jesus will also raise us up with Jesus, and will present us with you.
Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.

2 Corinthians 4:2,14 & 16 NKJV

The verses above were just a few verses that I highlighted in my Bible as they spoke to me. You can read the whole chapter here. https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2%20Corinthians+4&version=KJ21,NKJV
To me I see how it is very important to watch how you say what you say and always make sure that you pray first if you are teaching someone.
It is also encouraging to read that even though we are getting older, our spirit is daily being renewed. He is our guide even to death (Psalm 48:14). God is good. He always provides.

Pray with me please.

Father God,
We are so thankful for Your word. Thank You for the guidance that You provide in the pages therein. We pray that every word of Yours that we read would sink deep into our hearts, minds and souls. Help us to make note cards and to remember what You have said. You alone are our hiding place, help and strength (Psalm 46:1). You are so good. Thank You for always being with us and renewing our spirit. Thank You for everything. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
