The Greatest Name

But You, O God the Lord,
Deal with me for Your name’s sake;
Because Your mercy is good, deliver me.

Psalm 109:21 NKJV

For Your name’s sake, O LORD, Pardon my iniquity, for it is great.

Psalm 25:11 NKJV

Nevertheless He saved them for His name’s sake, That He might make His mighty power known.

Psalm 106:8 NKJV

Our God is awesome and mighty. God inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). Praise Him at all times. May the rocks never cry out because we were at any time silent (Luke 19:40). Lift up the great name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. There is no other way to Heaven but through Him (John 14:6). He is worthy of all praise.

Father God,
How awesome You are. Righteous and holy is Your name. There is none like You in all the earth. Our hearts cry out holy, holy holy! We praise and worship You, Lord. Thank You for Your many blessings. You are so good to Your children. We cry out to You today and ask You to move in our lives for the honor of Your name. Rise up in us and defeat our enemies-those which are against You, Your will and Your plan. Enable us to be Your agents of peace in this hostile world. May we be Your instruments of love, mercy and compassion. May others know that they have been in Your presence when we are around. Shake the walls that are binding Your children and make the demons shudder and flee (James 2:19 & Luke 10:17). We rejoice in You and that our names are written in Heaven. Turn many eyes to You for the sake of Your great name. May Your power rest on us and flow through us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
