Did you know that the term elect means to choose? We have been chosen by God! He loves us so very much. Isn’t that such a comforting thought?
Father God,
Thank You so much for choosing us! What great love You have shown the world. We are Your elect- Your chosen. Thank You for this word today. You uplift our hearts and strengthen our minds with the beauty of Your word. You empower us to do Your will. We need only to trust You and Your promises which we know are yes and amen (2 Corinthians 1:20). We are safe in Your shelter. Thank You so much. We love You. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
