40 Let us search out and examine our ways,
Lamentations 3:40-41 NKJV
And turn back to the Lord;
41 Let us lift our hearts and hands
To God in heaven.
Father God,
How wonderful You are and how amazing are Your ways. All of creation sings Your glory. You are awesome and amazing. We ask for many hearts to come to You. Help those who know better to stop doing the things that are displeasing to You. We ask for a revival. Let it begin with Your children, Lord. Cleanse us and we shall be whiter than snow (Psalm 51:7). Remove all that would offend You from our hearts, minds and lives. Help us to love and to live as Jesus did (Ephesians 5:1-2). He is our great example. We do ask for Your holiness to flood this land. Turn this country around. We ask that Your will be done in America and all over this world. Let every nation feel Your presence and know that there is only one God. His name is Jesus. There is no other way man can be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict people all over the globe. People need You Lord. They are hopeless and lost without You. Shine Your light through us (Matthew 5:14-16). Help us to be ministers of Your great grace, love and mercy to all those around us. May we be bold and speak the truth in love to any and all that You place in our path (Ephesians 4:15). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done. In Jesus’ name.
