But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! 6 For of this sort are those who creep into households and make captives of gullible women loaded down with sins, led away by various lusts, 7 always learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. 8 Now as Jannes and Jambres resisted Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, disapproved concerning the faith; 9 but they will progress no further, for their folly will be manifest to all, as theirs also was.

Father God,
Your word says no man knows the day or the hour of Christ’s second coming. But You have also said that we know when it is close by the signs. We do not know when You will be coming back for Your church. We certainly know the day is closer than it was before. We see the above verses being manifested throughout our land today. It is so sad. We ask today for the complete indwelling of Your Holy Spirit to shine through us. Please use us to reach the lost. Help us to never miss a moment to share Your glorious gospel with anyone that You have placed in our paths. We desperately need Your guidance, strength and wisdom. Help us to also have the discernment to know when we are to remove ourselves from any person, place or situation. We trust in You. We lay our lives at Your feet asking that You will be done in each and every one of us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

Yes and it is so sad! To think of all who will be going to hell. Thank God for His mercy in delaying His coming. He has such love for His creation.
