It is Never Hopeless, We Cannot, but God Can

23 Then Jesus looked around and said to His disciples, “How hard it is for those who have riches to enter the kingdom of God!” 24 And the disciples were astonished at His words. But Jesus answered again and said to them, “Children, how hard it is for those who trust in riches to enter the kingdom of God! 25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”
26 And they were greatly astonished, saying among themselves, “Who then can be saved?”
27 But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.”

Mark 10:23-27 NKJV

People cannot save themselves. It is difficult for anyone to be saved but even more so for the rich because they trust in their wealth and worldly gains, therefore it is hard to let go of something that you have and know for the unseen. But nothing is impossible with God. So, we should continue to pray for all other’s salvation. This is in God’s hands, not ours. We can trust Him.

Pray with me please.

Father God,
We trust You! There is none like You in all the earth. Your ways and thoughts are higher than ours. You are good. You are the one and only True and Living God. All of time is in Your hands. We declare that You are Lord over us, our homes, our families, our finances, our relationships and even our thoughts. We ask that Your will be done in our lives, in our land and all throughout this earth. We speak the name of Jesus over all of our loved ones. We claim that You are Life, Strength, Deliverer, Savior, Comforter, Confidant and Best Friend. You are in charge. We submit to Your great calling for our lives. We ask that Your purposes for us would come to fruition. We ask for Your peace, power and protection to be over us and our loved ones. If there are any in our family who do not know You as their Lord and Savior, we pray that You would knock on their heart’s door again and again until they come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We love You and trust You with all things. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
