Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life, the Bread of Life, the Light of the World, The Door, The Good Shepherd, The Resurrection and the Life, The True Vine, The I Am.
- As the Way to the Father in Heaven, Jesus leads, teaches and guides us in all things.
- As the Truth, He is the true God, everything He has said and all of His ways are truth.
- As the Life, He alone is the Giver of eternal life.
- As the Bread of Life, He is our spiritual life. He alone can truly fill and satisfy our hearts.
- As the Light of the World, He supplies the Christian’s spiritual light. We have His light shining in our hearts.
- As the Door, Jesus is the only way to God. There are not many paths, doors, ways, ideas, philosophies, actions or anything else, there is one Door to God and His name is Jesus.
- As the Good Shepherd, Jesus leads, guides, protects and keeps the Christian. We are safe in His hands even in death.
- As the Resurrection and the Life, there is promise of resurrection from the grave and eternal life with our Lord. Only Jesus has this power. He is our Hope.
- As the true Vine, Jesus is God’s ONLY answer to the problem of sin which keeps man separated from Him. All life whether spiritual or eternal comes from Him to us so that we are able to experience the power of God.
- As I am, Jesus is saying that He is God in the flesh. He came to this earth fully knowing that He would have to suffer and die for the sins of mankind to restore the rift that separated us from God.
My questions to you today are, do you know Jesus as the Way, Truth, Life, Bread, Light, Door, Shepherd, Resurrection, True Vine and great I am? Does He supply Your every need? Are you waiting and watching at His feet? Do you know with all certainty that when you die, you will spend eternity with Him? Have you asked Him to come into your heart and save you from your sins? Are you really living or just muddling through life? Let me tell you something. Jesus is real. He loves you. He is calling to you right now to come and follow Him. Let Him be your strength, guide, hope and life. He will fill the emptiness in your heart. He is what you are searching for. Please come to Him today. Tomorrow may be too late.

Father God,
Thank You so much for salvation through Jesus our Lord. You saw our need and You provided. You always do. You are good. You are our strength. You are everything to us. We are so thankful that You supply our every need. You are amazing. If there is any who need to read this today, we pray that You would bring them here. Help them to see their need for a Savior, a need that every man or woman has and can only be filled by You through our faith in Jesus. We pray Your blessings be upon us as we go through our day today. We ask that Your light shine so bright through our surrendered lives. May everything we think, say and do bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ name we pray.
