Magnitude of God

He created the heavens and the earth(Genesis 1:1). He created all the things in them. He breathed life into man and man became a living being. He is all-powerful and all knowing. He is light and in Him is no darkness (1 John 1:5). Our God can do anything.

As For Me

As for me and my house we will serve the Lord. I believe that is with every single thought, action or step we take every moment of every day. Remember we must give account to God of every idle word we speak.

The Fourth Woe of Jesus and the Truth of His Word

We beseech You Lord, to open our eyes so that we would see the truth of Your word. Help us to apply Your word to our hearts that we might not sin against You. We desperately need You, Father. The world would have us to walk in a completely different way. We need You. We need Your direction. We need pastors and teachers who aren’t afraid to speak Your word with power and conviction.

Calling to God

Our lives, yielded to Your power, can produce so many things. There is nothing that You cannot do through a heart that is yielded to You. Let us continue to be the pen in Your hands, so that You can write our story. We will know where to go, what to say and how to act. We will be able to comfort others and strengthen them from the river of love that flows through us from Your precious throne.

Forgive Yourself

Whom the Son has set free is free indeed. Lord, whenever this thing comes up again in my thoughts, help me to speak to it, in Jesus name, and let it know it is under the blood and Christ has forgiven me and given me the power to forgive myself. Lord God, please loose the power of forgiveness in my mind over this matter. I agree with Your word, which says, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

But God…

But God, rich in mercy, looked down and saw you, His child, His beautiful creation and changed you to do good works now that He prepared for us to walk in. We are no longer slaves to sin. We are His children. We need to walk in that freedom, to ring the bells of salvation, so that others who are dead in sin can hear the words that will change their lives…BUT God.

Love Letter to God
