Today is the day to come to Him. (2 Corinthians 6:2) Not tomorrow or next week. We are not guaranteed tomorrow. (Proverbs 27:1) What is life but a vapor? (James 4:14) Who can say tomorrow we will do this or that (James 4:13-17), when in all reality tomorrow may never come for us. Please, I am begging you, come to Him. Nothing in this world is worth going to hell for. 

Jesus

Make that choice, take the leap! What do you have to lose or be afraid of? I declare that He is good. He is power. Inviting Jesus into your heart is the best decision you will ever make.

The Fourth Woe of Jesus and the Truth of His Word

We beseech You Lord, to open our eyes so that we would see the truth of Your word. Help us to apply Your word to our hearts that we might not sin against You. We desperately need You, Father. The world would have us to walk in a completely different way. We need You. We need Your direction. We need pastors and teachers who aren’t afraid to speak Your word with power and conviction.

The Third Woe of Jesus and Truth of His Word

While hanging on the cross, Jesus cried, “Father forgive them for they know not what they do!” (Luke 23:34) May His mind be in us, (Philippians 2:5), that we could and would forgive those who have wronged us. Also Lord, I pray, that we would do it immediately, without them even having to say they are sorry. Jesus didn’t wait for an apology and neither should we, who are in Christ.

Trapped

We have all failed and fallen short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23) It seems, sometimes, that the hardest thing to do, is to forgive ourselves.

Sunshine in My Soul

His love is rich towards us. He died for us while we were still sinners (John 3:16), He knows how many hairs are on our head (Luke 12:7), He has great plans for us (Jeremiah 29:11)….let’s walk in joy for the freedom He gave us and the love He lavishes on us.

God’s will

Help us to keep our eyes fixed on You, Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. Thank You for Your word which instructs us in all righteousness. May we all adhere to Your word. Let it be applied to our lives, so that every step we take would be a perfect representation of Your great love.
